The Artist

The Cake Studio is owned and operated by Irene Bohan.  Irene spent over 13 years working in the bakery business where she nurtured her passion and flair for baking.  Irene has now realised her dream of starting her own Cake Studio where she collaborates creatively with customers to make their dream cakes a reality. Her artistic flair, attention to detail and superb baking skills ensure her cakes will be remembered and talked about long after they have been enjoyed!

Irene has studied at the renowned Ella’s Barn School of Cake Artistry in Northern Ireland and she is also a graduate of the School of Catering at the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.

Irene takes immense pleasure working directly with clients to create cakes that have personal meaning and lasting impact no matter what the occasion.  Her friendly, attentive service and her delicious cakes keep customers coming back for more!
